Guests are eligible for a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before departure.

Refunds will be processed after deducting a 6% transaction and administrative fee charged by banks.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.

Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled to another available date, subject to availability and weather conditions.

Passenger Responsibility for Damages

Any damage caused to the yacht, its furniture, fixtures, or appliances will be the full responsibility of the passenger.

The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged directly to the responsible party.

No travel insurance is included in the yacht charter fee.

Passengers are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance prior to the trip.

Trip Cancellation by Passenger After Departure

Once the trip has started, if a passenger chooses to leave before completion, a private speedboat transfer will be required at the passenger’s own expense.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the trip.
